Just to clairfy  the law of what defines a Moped or  Scooter. :  It is a vehicle with an engine of 50cc or smaller. Top speed by Law is 30 mph in most states. For other purposes they can be possibly made to go faster than 30mph.  Most states do not require insurance or a motorcycle license. Check my page marked " Licencing  information" for more details .

Yes the Scooter is a Tomos. They just started bringing them into the country. I have some you can see assembled if you know about Tomos than I need not go any further. If you don't know about them here is the story...
They have been in business in Europe (Slovinia) since the mid 1950's. TOMOS is a quality bike. Tomos may not be a household name, but they make the majority of mopeds in the world. You have seen the ones from China They are not cheaper to buy. Their quality is inconsistent and parts availability is difficult if not impossible.
We accept all major credit cards. Tomos stocks every part down to small screws.

Now about SYM. You probably have not heard of them before. They have been in business in Taiwan since the early 50's. For some reason they only started selling their products in the U.S. about 3 years ago. In most other parts of the world they are very well known.  Up until recently they built cars for Honda. They now build cars for Hyundai.  They are a huge company with the ability to produce almost a million units a year. Their quality is up at the top. All SYM products come with a 2 year warranty.

Eton is another name you probably know little about. They have been in business for about 20 years in Taiwan. They have been in this country for several years. They are also a original equipment supplier for Ford Motor Company and Cummins Diesel. We supply parts and service. The management of Eton has been in the scooter and moped business for over 20 years in the U.S.

For some reason I was lucky to become a dealer for these quality companies. I  sell these  lines because I really like the products and enjoy riding them. If I did not enjoy the products I would not be selling them.

No motorcycle license or insurance is required. In Massachusetts It costs $40 to register it for 2 years.
